Most brides already have an idea of what they may like. Check out our gallery for our latest creations and inspiration or if you already have pictures or ideas of your own, email them to us with your enquiry.

Your cake should be complimentary to your wedding theme and/or be iconic to yourselves, the bride & groom.

Think about the type of finish you want your cake to have:

  • A smooth traditional fondant (traditionally in white, but these days, any colour is fine).
  • A frosted or buttercream finish creates that either rustic finish or a smooth yet not perfect finish.
  • A chocolate finished cake can also be made, however this option can be slightly harder on Waiheke due to the heat factor; but we will make recommendations upon your enquiry.

You may also like to consider a Cup cake tower – with or without a top cake for traditional cutting purposes, a Croquembouche (traditional French wedding cake – profiterole tower) or Pavlova for that real New Zealand touch!

Upon receiving your enquiry, we will happily give you advice and answer any questions you may have about what may work best for your wedding, and the time of year you are getting married.
